- Where is my driver? Route times fluctuate based on local traffic. You will receive a text message 30 minutes before arrival.
- Do you charge by the pound or the item? Wash and fold is by the pound. Dry cleaning and pressed shirts are by the item. Check our pricing page for the exact breakdown.
- Can you guarantee a stain will come out? No. Anyone who promises that is lying. We use commercial-grade enzymes and spot treatments. If we cannot get it out safely, we return the garment with a note explaining why we stopped before damaging the fabric.
Missed Pickups And Weather Delays
Things happen. Gates get locked. Porches get rained on.
If you miss your pickup window, email us immediately. We often reroute a driver later in the afternoon. If the weather turns bad, we supply heavy-duty waterproof bags for your next scheduled day. We never leave unprotected garments on a wet porch.
How To Bag Your Items
Keep it simple. Separate your dry cleaning from your standard wash and fold. Put them in two different bags. Label them clearly. That prevents a silk blouse from ending up in a high-heat commercial dryer.
If you forget to separate them, we catch it almost every time during our intake inspection. But we appreciate the help.
