1. Acceptance of Terms
Booking a pickup means you agree to these rules. If you do not agree with how we handle scheduling, liability, or garment care, do not use our service. It really is that simple. 2. How Our Logistics Actually Work
We run tight routes to keep prices fair. That requires cooperation. When you schedule a pickup, you commit to having your laundry ready.
Missed pickups create massive friction for our drivers. If our driver arrives and your bags are nowhere to be found, we charge a missed pickup fee. We value our time. We value our gas. We cannot delay the rest of the route because one customer forgot to put their hamper on the porch.
You can leave your bags outside. Many customers do. Understand the risk. If you leave your laundry on the porch and it disappears before our driver gets there, we take no responsibility. The same applies to delivery. Once we drop your clean clothes at your designated spot, our chain of custody ends.
3. The Pocket Check Mandate
You must empty your pockets.

4. Right to Refuse Service

5. Damaged or Lost Items
